Badam Sandheko

Badam – is peanut and Sandheko is marinated.
Are you lazy to make snack food at home? try this badam sandheko! if you have cooked peanut at home and some spices you can play around to make your own fast food! 😉
I discovered this fast food to my Nepali friend and All you need to prepare are:
Cooking oil for deep frying
1 cup of peanut with skin or without ( your own preference ),
1pc chop red onion
2pc chop tomato
3g of chop fresh coriander
3pcs of chop fresh green chili
2 tbsp. of sambal oelek
1 tsp of chili powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
1 tbsp. of olive oil or corn oil ( its either of the two ).
In a sauce pan, a hot cooking oil, put the peanut until its cook, set aside and cool it down, the rest of the ingredients just put all together in mixing bowl, add the peanut, tossed it nicely and seasoned.
