About THECHEFESCAPE:
A full-time chef, love to travel, a nature lover, trying to explore the places I’ve visited, trying out the native food and a photo hobbyist.
I was born and raised in the Philippines. I started this website last May 2014, will recall all my travel experienced, and my recipes, will update once I will get back online and out of the busy operation in the kitchen.
THECHEFESCAPE is a personal journal of my adventures in the Philippines and Abroad. It aims to inspire and start exploring places, discover the food around the world, and a budget travel tips.
THECHEFESCAPE is focusing on TRAVEL and FOOD.
